ABOUT US
As the name implies, Growling Bear is a fierce competitor in the commercial construction arena. We are minority-owned, by native Coloradoans, and have operated successfully in the Front Range for over 34 years. The combined experience of both our field and administration personnel exceeds 250 years in construction.
We have successfully completed versatile projects spanning the entire spectrum of commercial constrution. Please view our current and past projects.
We have based our efforts on maintaining a high level of quality in all our work. We've recruited filed personnel who operate on the theory that we want to maintain a repeat-business base. Our project managers believe that our work is not complete with the certificate of occupancy but, rather, only when the owner is "satisfied".
Growling Bear fosters long-term excellent relationships with local subcontractors. We nurture excellent communications with architects, engineers, and designers for purposes of value engineering to improve budgets, schedules and end product.
Growling Bear has enjoyed strong financial growth and maintains a bonding capacity of $25 million per single job and $25 million aggregate with annual sales between $20-25 million. We have consistently reinvested this back into the company in recruiting outstanding personnel as well as new equipment and facilities. No matter what the project, Growling Bear can assemble the best team for your construction needs.
